What welding processes does Techrail provide?
We provide MIG and TIG welding for cut and formed metal components, fabricated assemblies and structures produced to agreed engineering drawings.
Can you manufacture welded assemblies from our drawings?
Yes. Suitable engineering drawings and 3D models can form the production reference. Provide joint details, dimensions, material, finish, quantities and delivery requirements for review.
Do you support repeat and batch welded fabrication?
Yes. Our service is positioned for business customers requiring recurring assemblies, production batches and rollout schedules, not simply isolated welding jobs.
How do you maintain consistency across welded assemblies?
We use agreed production information, repeatable preparation and checks during manufacture. Techrail is ISO 9001 certified, supporting a controlled approach from first assembly to repeat order.
Can completed assemblies be powder coated in-house?
Yes, where the assembly is suitable and within our powder coating maximum of 3000 x 1500 x 850mm. Keeping fabrication and finishing in Chard reduces external transport and supplier coordination.
