Yes. Send suitable CAD files and engineering drawings with material, quantity, tolerances and required dates. We can review the information for manufacturability before confirming the production route.
What sheet sizes and thicknesses can Techrail laser cut?
Our maximum laser cutting capacities are 3000 x 1500 x 18mm for mild steel, 3000 x 1500 x 10mm for stainless steel and 3000 x 1500 x 8mm for aluminium. Suitability is confirmed against the material grade, drawing and required tolerances.
Can laser-cut parts move into other processes in-house?
Yes. Laser-cut parts can move into our in-house press brake, fabrication and welding, CNC milling or powder coating services where the specification requires them, reducing transport and coordination between separate suppliers.
